## Options Vaults

Options Vaults organize defined-term strategies for earning premium or managing exposure. Each series sets the reference market, strike, maturity, collateral, and settlement method before a position opens.

BTC/USD covered calls can exchange some upside above a chosen strike for a market-priced premium. Purchased puts and related structures can define a payoff below a chosen market level.

### Hashprice options

For miners and mining pools, an Options Vault can reference a BTC- or USD-denominated hashprice index. A defined-term series can set a protection level or exchange bounded upside for premium. The payoff follows the selected index. Realized mining revenue can differ because of production, fees, uptime, efficiency, and operating conditions.

## Lending Vaults

Lending Vaults connect loan terms, collateral policy, funding, repayment, and recovery to the custody and servicing systems a lender already uses.

A lending product can define required approvals, repayment conditions, recovery paths, and the permitted movement of collateral as valuations or servicing events change. Lenders retain their own underwriting, pricing, capital, custody, compliance, servicing, distribution, and customer relationships.

## Liquidity

Liquidity connects market makers, trading firms, exchanges, and qualified liquidity providers to supported Bitcoin swap routes using their existing pricing and capital infrastructure.

Providers review each request, set executable terms based on their own models and limits, and complete accepted swaps under the agreed terms. Ark Labs provides the software and integration support, while each provider retains control of its assets, pricing, limits, and operating model.
